This is the Privacy Policy of AIR-A Network, LLC. (“AIR-A Network”). AIR-A Network provides an online platform (the “AIR-A Network OTT Service” or “our service”) that provides video programming to consumers.
2. Consumers
In order to access the AIR-A Network OTT Service, a consumer (“you”) must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide certain personal information to AIR-A Network. When AIR-A Network collects, stores, and processes this information, it does so as the “controller” of your data, as defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
3. Acceptance
By using our service, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to any updated Privacy Policy on a prospective basis.
4. Account Security
We use security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent disruptions or unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for (a) maintaining the security of your account(s) and (b) all activity that occurs under your account(s). You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account(s). If you forget your account login information, you may request that we send it to the email address associated with your account.
5. Information We Collect
Consumer Information: AIR-A Network collects information from and about you, such as:
- Your account registration information, such as your name and email address;
- Your purchase and free-trial sign-up history;
- Your usage history on the AIR-A Network OTT Service;
- Traffic source (e.g., how you found our service); and
- Your general geographic location (based upon IP address).
Payment Information: If you make a purchase or sign up for a free trial through the AIR-A Network OTT Service, you must provide valid payment card information. This information is collected directly by our payment vendors and is not received or stored by AIR-A Network.
Information Collected Automatically: AIR-A Network collects information about your use of our websites and applications. This may include your activities, IP address, location information, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system or device type, date/time stamps, and related metadata.
6. Tracking Technologies and Third-Party Data Collection

Third-Party Platforms: When you use an application that runs on a third-party platform (e.g., iOS, Roku, etc.), the provider of that third-party platform may collect information about you and your use of our application.
Analytics and Advertising: We use third-party analytics services to collect data about usage of our services. These providers may use cookies to track your activities.
7. How We Use Your Information
AIR-A Network may use the information collected about you to:
- Fulfill your orders and deliver video programming and other services to you;
- Provide customer support;
- Analyze how our services are being used;

- Verify your eligibility to make purchases and participate in offers;
- Prevent fraud and otherwise protect the integrity of our systems;

AIR-A Network may disclose information about you as follows:
Authorized Service Providers: We may disclose your information to service providers involved in operating the AIR-A Network OTT Service, including payment providers, email service providers, content delivery networks, cloud storage providers, and analytics companies.
Legal Situations: We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, such as to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, court order, or request from a law enforcement agency.
Affiliates and Corporate Transactions: We may disclose your information in the event of a sale, merger, or acquisition of AIR-A Network. The transferred information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
To the Public: We may publicly disclose aggregated user statistics and other non-personal information.
9. Emails
When you create an account, you may receive certain emails:
Transaction Emails: When you first create an account or make a purchase, we may send you emails confirming your subscription or purchase. We may also send emails concerning your account status. You may not opt out of receiving transactional emails.

You may change your account information or close your account at any time by logging into your account settings. If you close your account, you may lose access to purchased content. We may retain your information as required by law or to enforce our rights.
European Economic Area (“EEA”) Users: If you are in the EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and the right to opt out of cookies.
California Users: If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request information about the categories and sources of personal information collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information.
Nevada Users: Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain “covered information.” We do not currently sell covered information.
11. Children's Privacy
AIR-A Network does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe your child has provided personal information through our service, please contact us to request its removal.
12. Third-Party Services

13. Dispute Resolution
To the extent it is reasonable, we are committed to working with you to obtain a fair resolution of any complaint. E.U. residents have the right to lodge complaints with their country’s data protection authority.
